On October 30-31, 37 events were held at the Strategic Forum in various formats, in which more than 700 people took part. About 300 experts spoke as speakers, including representatives of federal authorities, the international expert community, and heads of regional and municipal authorities.

The Forum brought together representatives of 62 regions and about 100 cities, as well as foreign experts. The youth platform received 70 participants.

The key theme of this year's Forum is “Landing Strategies, Enhancing Cooperation.” The business program included five thematic tracks, each of which covered a topic, touching on various aspects of territorial strategizing.

At the plenary sessions, the most important issues of the development of the Russian Federation in the current difficult conditions were discussed. Several events were organized by the Center for Strategic Research Foundation, during which issues such as the development of agglomerations, the difficult socio-economic situation of single-industry towns, the place of state and municipal control in the regional strategic planning system and public transport were discussed. 10 intense thematic events took place as part of the traditional Green Day Forum. At the center of the green track of discussions and dialogue between the federal center and the regions were issues of resource provision for sustainable innovative economic development, a better climate and improving the quality of life of residents of cities and regions of Russia.

This year, a representative delegation of heads of regions of the Republic of Belarus took part in the Strategic Forum.

The youth platform of the Strategic Forum this year was held in the format of a brunch for young scientists, “Challenge Accepted.” Talented researchers from various fields of science discussed new geopolitical challenges posed to Russia recently, the main one among which was the need to quickly achieve technological and socio-humanitarian sovereignty.

The main program was complemented by a brainstorming session by practicing strategists on “Strategic Action Plans for the 2024 Agenda.”
