In essence, this is a rejection of intuitive judgments and ideas about how a specific solution, for example, a federal project or a state program, works, and a transition to argumentation based on reliable data and rigorous estimates of the effects. "

Prospects for the use of evidence-based policy in Russia will be discussed with the participation of representatives of the regions - the winners of the competition of practices and initiatives held by the Accounts Chamber on the use of an evidence-based approach to administrative decision-making.
