Public Administration: Performance Criteria

Assessing the efficiency of strategic planning is inextricably linked with the public administration performance criteria. The quality of planning largely depends on the qualifications and motivation of civil servants, process optimization in public administration, and the existence of self-assessment mechanisms for government bodies.
In this regard, there are several topics to be taken into account:
1. How to bridge performance assessment of individual government officials and achievement of goals set in strategic documents?
2. What are the public administration performance criteria?
3. What approaches can be used to assess and improve public administration performance?
This discussion will allow regional government officials and experts to share experiences and develop modern approaches to assessing public administration performance.
