Summary
Against the background of unprecedented international sanctions, the volume of investment in the regions has decreased. The economic situation requires a radical readjustment in all spheres of development, which needs, among other things, investment resources. Therefore, the regions need to work more actively with the pool of new investors and redirect investment resources to solve priority tasks. Our country must ensure sustainable economic growth on the condition of technological sovereignty. In continuation of the discussion on Russia’s industrial and technological policy, the session participants will discuss investment mechanisms, projects and opportunities for attracting investment in the development of regions, and will try to develop the most modern and effective ones.
