The cluster approach and the introduction of "green" clean technologies are tools for the transition to a closed–cycle economy. The consolidation of opinion leaders is important for discussing the challenges of the Global Green Agenda and ESG strategies in the Eurasian region, as well as promising areas and instruments for financing green modernization of industry. The possibilities of scaling the best practices of the "green" projects of the Baltic 2030 Sustainable Development Cluster are at the center of the discussion of the sprint session of the forum of leaders of international and interregional cooperation between Russia and friendly countries from the Baltic to the Pacific Ocean:
How is the scaling up of the best practices of interaction between the regions of the North-West of Russia and the promotion of successful models in the existing regional cooperation formats of the EAEU, SCO, BRICS, ASEAN countries for the benefit of residents of the regions of Russia and friendly countries in achieving the common Goals of sustainable Development 2030?
How does the Russian state stimulate business to transition to a closed-loop economy and develop a system of "green financing" for the implementation of green and "adaptation" projects with the involvement of responsible Russian and international investors?
In what priority areas is the development of financial instruments to support interregional international cooperation?
Representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the Ministry of Construction of Russia are invited to participate in the sprint session.
