Summary

The regions are faced with the task of achieving national development goals for the period up to 2030, determined by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated July 21, 2020 No. 474.
For the timely adoption of preventive measures that correct the strategy for achieving national goals, it is necessary to provide monitoring that allows you to quickly assess the situation and answer the question of what measures can be used to achieve the designated goals.
Within the framework of the round table, it is proposed to discuss the use of intellectual methods for the development of socio-economic development plans that affect the achievement of national goals at the regional level, and monitoring their implementation.
Topics for discussion:
- application of artificial intelligence models to plan socio-economic development of a region;
- systematic approach to assessing the impact of the implementation of socio-economic development plans on achieving the national goals of Decree No. 474;
- approaches to monitoring the achievement of national goals at the regional level;
- quality and reliability of forecasts of the socio-economic development of the region;
- symbiosis of expert opinions and predictive estimates.
