Economic analysis is an integral part of regional and municipal development strategy and includes a wide range of tools and techniques. In modern conditions of foreign policy sanctions pressure and the growth of geopolitical threats, the institution of strategizing is undergoing a transformation, which makes the inventory of economic analysis methods relevant.
The participants in the dispute are invited to discuss the following issues:
1) What tools of economic analysis are becoming relevant in modern conditions, and which are no longer working?
2) Is it necessary to revise approaches to measuring effectiveness in strategizing in the face of growing global threats?
3) What risks do decision makers bear if they ignore economic analysis when developing a strategy?
4) What obstacles may arise in the conduct of economic analysis and how to overcome them?
5) Openness of data or restriction of access to it: trends and threats in the development of economic analysis in the field of strategizing
