Summary

For the transition to a circular economy, inspiring examples of the best practices of projects in the field of sustainable development and the strengthening of international interregional cooperation between Russia and friendly countries based on the integration of existing effective neighborhood tools, the integration of the regulatory and legal framework for interaction between the regions of the North-West of Russia with neighboring countries into existing models are important cooperation along the entire perimeter of land and sea borders for the benefit of the inhabitants of the regions of the Russian Federation and friendly countries in achieving the common Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.
The best practices of projects in the field of sustainable development and the circular economy are presented on the communication platform "Cluster of Sustainable Development 2030", and a new generation of programs for interregional and cross-border cooperation of Russian regions for the period up to 2030 "Neighbors for a Sustainable Future" will become a tool for the transition from the European to the Russian instrument neighborhoods and partnerships for sustainable development.
