Summary


Global challenges exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic and unprecedented sanctions pressure are leading to a restart of the Russian economy and reinforcing the urgency of modernizing the 2030 Agenda to achieve the SDGs.
1) How to ensure that efforts to restart the Russian economy lead to positive transformations in solving key problems of sustainable development, not to the detriment of nature and for the benefit of people?
2) Will the strategy of low-carbon development of Russia until 2050, adopted last year, be revised?
3) How is the development of regional plans for climate adaptation going?
4) The first results of the Sakhalin experiment.
