As part of the Strategic Forum, there will be a session dedicated to one of the most common and intractable problems, faced by both domestic business and regional and municipal government in general, the place of state and municipal control in the system of strategic planning of regions.

More than 100 types of federal control, about 30 regional ones and 7 municipal ones - this number of types of control creates an impression of redundancy (especially for entrepreneurs). Each region requires clear “rules of the game” in control sphere for both business and consumers of its goods and services. The formation of a clear system for interaction between all interested parties should be reflected in regional strategic planning documents. So far, subjects of the Russian Federation do not have strategic documents that would set out the emphasis of control (supervisory) bodies work and make it possible to determine targets in the interaction of controllers with business. These and other issues will be discussed during the session.

The event will be moderated by Konstantin Nikitin, Deputy General Director, Director of the Center for Institutional Development of Control (Supervisory) Activities of the Center for Strategic Research Foundation.
