Municipal Strategy Contest 2023

The IX Municipal Strategy Contest 2023 (hereinafter – MSC-2023) aims at identifying successful experience of implementing strategies and strategic projects in the municipalities, and also at identifying innovations and effective responses to socio-economic challenges at the municipal level.

The project aims to promote strategic planning at the municipal level by disseminating successful experience of strategy implementation.

MSC-2023 is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of strategic planning in Russia.

 On September 10, the acceptance of applications for the MSC-2023 was completed.
