Forum participants cover their direct expenses on transportation, accommodation and registration fee and also, if needed, for the distribution of information and promotional materials during the Forum.




The STANDARD package covers participation of one person in all Forum activities (including meals), interpretation, package of information materials, Forum publications according to the Forum Program as well as the posting og the information on participants and their papers at the Forum website.


The BUSINESS package covers all of the options provided by the STANDARD package, as well as the status of BUSINESS participation: a seat in the forefront during plenary sessions, transfer (from the airport / railway station to the hotel and back), access to the business zone, meeting room, restaurant business zone, possibility of distributing information and promotional materials during the Forum*

** Calculation of the registration fee is based on the exchange rate of 60 rubles/euro. If on the date of payment, the actual exchange rate is different from the declared value by more than 10%, the organizers withhold the right to change the registration fee.

10% discount for payment of the Standard registration fee is given to the members of the City-Strategy Club, as well as to the third and subsequent representatives of each organization.

20% discount for payment of the Standard registration fee is given to the permanent Forum participants who took part in the Forum 3 times and more. 

Additionally to the Standard registration fee participants might pay for an extra option (on the basis of a particular contract) of distribution of information and promotion materials among the Forum participants - 460 EUR, including VAT. Information and promotion materials (books, brochures) are to be prepared and provided by Customer to the Contractor prior October 13, 2017 to be placed on the information desks and leaflets holders.


  • Representatives of relevant ministries and departments of the Russian Federation.
  • Heads of the subjects of the Russian Federation, Heads of Legislative Assemblies of the subjects of the Russian Federation, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoys to the federal districts of the Russian Federation (in case of personal participation).
  • Representatives of the Forum sponsoring organizations (according to the terms of the contract).

CJSC ICSER “Leontief Centre” is responsible for the organization and holding of the Forum and for working with the participants.
The payment is to be done in form of a non-cash transfer to the account of CJSC ICSER “Leontief Centre” with reference to the Contract for Participation and to the invoice. Participants who have paid for their participation in non-cash form will receive VAT invoices and Certificates of execution of works (services) at the Forum.
