By the end of 2023, a new Master Plan of the city until 2040 must be approved in St. Petersburg. The expert community has accumulated quite a lot of questions on the economic feasibility, relevance and feasibility of the decisions laid down in this document, taking into account the changed macroeconomic and geopolitical conditions.
At the same time, such new and effective urban planning tools as integrated development of territories and master planning are practically not used in St. Petersburg.
Topics for discussion:
- Is the new General Plan of St. Petersburg an effective planning tool in the changed realities?
– what are the prospects for the application of the mechanism for the integrated development of territories in St. Petersburg?
– will master planning be able to take its place in the urban planning policy of St. Petersburg?
As part of the round table, presentations are also planned:
– programs for the integrated development of non-residential development areas in St. Petersburg;
– a plan for the socio-economic development of the administrative district of St. Petersburg.
Organizers: LLC "KRT Development", the Government of St. Petersburg, NP "Russian Guild of Managers and Developers", LLC "Center for Urbanism and Urban Planning of St. Petersburg State University"
