On October 31 at 11.40-13.10, an expert discussion “Is it possible to rank regional strategies” will be held as part of the Strategic Forum. As part of the expert discussion, three reports on three strategies from the regions will be heard, after which three experts will speak and try to rank these three strategies by formulating evaluation criteria.

Discussion participants will try to answer the questions:

• By what parameters should strategies be assessed, how do these parameters and the criteria for their evaluation change over time?

• Can strategies adopted at different times be compared?

• Compare with each other or with the “standard”?
