In an interview with the FederalPress portal - https://fedpress.ru/amp/expert-opinion/3274449 - scientific director of the Forum of Strategists, director of the Resource Center for Strategic Planning at the ICSER "Leontief Center", chief researcher at the Institute of Economics and Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Economics Boris Zhikharevich answered the key questions that arise in connection with this socially resonant event:

- Why strategizing during a period of turbulence is not a systemic oxymoron, but the only reasonable approach to effectively reflecting the challenges that Russia faces in a situation of massive sanctions from unfriendly states;
