In 2023, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Sergei Neverov, who oversees the work of the State Duma Committee on Regional Policy and Local Self-Government, will take part in the Strategic Forum. He will make a welcoming speech at the round table “Formation of intersectoral interaction for the purposes of developing territories, settlements and increasing their human potential,” which is organized by the Committee.
