The start of the Municipal Strategy Contest 2023 "The Best Action Plan for the Implementation of the Strategy" (MSC-2023) has been announced. The overarching goal of the MSC-2023 is to collect and disseminate the best practice in the use of Action Plans (action plans for the implementation of the strategy, roadmaps, action programs and similar documents). Municipalities of all kinds can submit a strategy and action plan to the competition. The winners will be revealed at the in-person finals as part of the Strategic Forum 2023.

Participation in the MSC-2023 is a great opportunity for those who are ready to comprehend and systematize the experience of implementing the strategy, who want to receive expert advice on improving the practice of implementing the strategy, exchange experience with colleagues, increase the visibility of their municipality, attract the attention of the media, tourists and investors to implementation of the strategy.
